Geneva J. Roman is a state-certified paralegal with over seven years of experience in the legal industry.  Ms. Roman is a vital member of Jacko Law Group, PC (“JLG”) team, providing support to both our clients and our attorneys. She brings to the firm an acumen for understanding complex practice areas, a passion for client satisfaction, and a talent for problem solving and project management.

Ms. Roman plays a crucial role in supporting client matters, firm initiatives, and attorney projects. She is results-driven and excels in legal research, document drafting, and regulatory filings. She adds considerable value to the services that JLG provides by staying abreast of the needs of client matters and employing a thoughtful approach to addressing the regulations and procedures within which JLG operates.

Prior to joining JLG, Ms. Roman worked at the Law Offices of Gerald L. Bohart, A.P.C., Battaglia & Waltari, and Tresp Law, APC, quickly progressing from legal assistant to paralegal to senior paralegal within a short period of time. While ambitiously cultivating her professional growth, she maintained a focus on transactional and business-related practice areas, including probate, bankruptcy, and contract law.

Prior to her legal career, she had a successful 10-year career in sales and marketing, focusing on project management and team management, which fostered a goal-oriented mindset highlighted by a deep knowledge of how to accomplish objectives in the most efficient way possible and how to place teamwork at the forefront of any endeavor. Her professional history and work ethic makes her a unique resource for the JLG team and for our clients.

When not in the office, Ms. Roman can be found jogging with her dog, exploring the city with her son and husband, or traveling to the mountains to snowboard and visit family.
