Felicity Kim serves as the Service Coordinator at Jacko Law Group, PC (“JLG”), provides multi-departmental support, working as the liaison between clients and attorneys and playing an integral part in supporting both our team and our clients. Ms. Kim’s ability to assist in a broad range of functions has proven to be a key ingredient to JLG’s recipe for client success. Her positive attitude and talent for customer service are essential in providing critical support to clients, partners, and attorneys of the firm. Ms. Kim’s meticulous attention to detail and adaptability continuously helps streamline business processes throughout the firm. It is her combination of work ethic, initiative, and perseverance that makes her such an asset to the JLG team.

Prior to joining the JLG team, Ms. Kim was an Administrative Assistant and Instructor at Elite Prep San Diego, where she was responsible for scheduling instructors and classes, designing and implementing specific curriculum, and the organization’s overall administrative needs. 

Outside of work, Ms. Kim enjoys listening to and writing music. She can play five instruments and has performed at Carnegie Hall.

Ms. Kim is an alumna of the Delta Zeta sorority and frequently volunteers with the Hope Church in San Diego, CA.
