Overview

Ms. Torres brings 11 years of administrative, professionalism and customer service experience to her role as the Jacko Law Group’s Administrative Assistant. Ms. Torres plays an important role in interfacing with our prospective clients and provides office administration and support to our professional team and clients. Ms. Torres’ can-do attitude, strong work ethic and infectious personality brings a dynamic energy to the firm and ensures the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Prior to joining JLG, Ms. Torres served as a Legal Assistant to The Naumann Law Firm in San Diego, California. During her tenure at The Naumann Law Firm, Ms. Torres was responsible for informing clients as to the status of their cases and assisted with the initial intake process for potential new clients. She also was instrumental in aiding the firm’s attorneys in preparing discovery responses, assisting in case management meetings and preparing for depositions and/or trial. Prior to The Naumann Law Firm, Ms. Torres served as Office Manager at Layon and Holck, LLP and Secretary at Law Office of Ezekiel Cortez and Knut Johnson. These experiences, combined with her ability to foster productive working relationships and implement time-saving processes, make her an invaluable asset to the office.
