A passionate securities and corporate law attorney, Conor M. Dale supports, guides and offers practical solutions for our clients. With an eye for risk mitigation, Mr. Dale achieves results for financial industry firms by offering practical solutions ranging from business matters to regulatory considerations.

His insight and experience enhance JLG’s service offerings. Mr. Dale handles a wide array of matters and transactions for the JLG team, including regulatory compliance matters, entity formations and due diligence.  Additionally, Mr. Dale excels at drafting operative and ancillary transaction documents and service and purchase agreements. Mr. Dale brings over four years of experience to JLG in the areas of AML compliance, risk management and litigation.

Mr. Dale received his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he concentrated in Intellectual Property and Business & Corporate Law.  While attending law school, Mr. Dale served on the school's Moot Court Executive Board and as Research Editor for the San Diego Law Review.  Prior to joining JLG, Mr. Dale worked at the Law Office of Marc Adelman, where he focused on civil and business litigation.  Mr. Dale is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and is admitted to the State Bar of California.

Outside of the office, Mr. Dale enjoys the challenge of problem solving and the art of strategy, often frequenting local trivia nights. He also participates in local sporting leagues, including basketball, bowling, and softball.
