Position: Securities Associate Attorney

Jacko Law Group, PC, which focuses exclusively on corporate and securities law transactional matters, is seeking a mid-level (4^th - 6^th year) associate to join its sophisticated and challenging practice in its San Diego, CA office. This candidate must have hands-on experience in federal securities, and must be admitted to the CA bar. Experience in FINRA and state securities matters is a plus. Outstanding client service, dedication to quality, strong work ethic, ability to work proactively and independently and ability to understand and communicate complex facts and legal issues are essential. This position will require extensive focus on corporate formations, private securities transactions (including hedge and other private fund formations), registered investment adviser compliance and broker-dealer regulations. Excellent academic record and writing skills required. Candidate must provide writing samples, law school transcripts and references.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• A member in good standing of the CA Bar
• Minimum of four (4) years of corporate and securities law experience
